Holy Spirit Home Care was founded in 2019, by our Director, after working for over 10 years as a Registered Manager and a nurse in hospital settings.

Based in Worksop, we opened at the beginning of a worldwide pandemic. To say it has been a journey to get where we are would be an understatement, but with positive working cultures and a friendly place to work, we have gone from strength to strength.

Our Registered Manager, Jacky, has been with the company from the very beginning and leads from the front, with one testimonial stating “Jacky would never ask staff to do something she wouldn’t do herself”. Jacky will often be out completing Care calls herself and is well-liked within our Holy Spirit family. Jacky has worked in Community Care roles for 18 years and is working towards her Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

All the staff of Holy Spirit Care are trained to deliver the highest standards of service possible in their field of work. An on-going staff training programme is in place to ensure that the high standards of care are maintained in line with the latest developments in Care Practices and current Legislations, Regulations and the Adult Health and Social Services Standards. We also actively promote all of our staff to complete qualifications in Health and Social Care.

Sarah is the manager of the Lincoln Branch, she holds a BSc (honours) degree in health and social care, has managed various health and social care enterprises and has hands on experience in domiciliary care. She is also a qualified trainer and as such has high expectations in the training and development of the staff.
